Brontosaurus Game
WHAT IS BRONTOSAURUS GAME?
Brontosaurus Game brings a green, long-necked dinosaur to the familiar Chrome Dino challenge. Cross an endless desert, jump over cacti, and avoid flying hazards as the pace increases. Three difficulty settings let you choose a comfortable starting speed or take on a faster, more demanding run.
This browser-based endless runner has no missions or separate stages to complete. Each attempt tests your timing and reactions as changing obstacle patterns keep you adjusting your movements.
Brontosaurus Game: Run Beyond Your Best
HOW TO KEEP YOUR RUN GOING
Your dinosaur runs automatically. You decide when to jump or crouch, aiming to travel as far as possible without hitting a hazard.
Your score increases with the distance covered. A collision ends the attempt, and restarting gives you another chance to improve your record. With no fixed finish line, progress means surviving longer and handling increasingly demanding obstacle sequences.
Jump Over Cacti
Small and large cacti block the ground. Jump over individual plants, and adjust your timing when several cacti form a cluster. You need to clear the entire formation before landing; touching a remaining cactus ends the run.
The width of the obstacle matters as much as its height. A jump that clears a single plant may be poorly timed for a wider group.
Respond To Flying Hazards
Flying pterodactyls require a different response. Depending on their height, you may need to jump, duck, or stay on the ground while they pass overhead.
Their arrival changes the rhythm of the run. Instead of jumping at every approaching shape, identify whether the danger is on the ground or in the air before choosing your action.
Adapt To Increasing Speed
The longer you survive, the faster the game becomes. Shorter reaction windows make it increasingly important to adjust your jump timing and switch actions smoothly.
Obstacles approach more quickly as the pace rises. Reading the next hazard helps you prepare your movement rather than repeating jumps at a fixed interval.
Difficulty Settings
Choose Easy for slower speeds, gentler acceleration, and wider obstacle gaps. Normal provides a moderate challenge, while Hard starts faster, accelerates more strongly, and leaves tighter gaps.
Beginners can use Easy to learn the rhythm before moving to a more demanding setting.
Keyboard Controls
- Space: Start the game or jump.
- Up arrow: Jump.
- Down arrow: Duck beneath flying obstacles.
- Enter: Restart after a collision.
RECORDS AND PLAYER STATS
Your Best tracks personal records for each difficulty setting. This lets you measure improvement within the same level instead of comparing runs made under different conditions.
The leaderboard interface includes Today, Weekly, Monthly, and All Time filters. You can begin playing as a guest, while the game prompts you to log in or create an account to save scores to the leaderboard.
The Stats panel displays total plays, total jumps, best score, and time played, providing a simple overview of your activity.
