Find Weapons and Prepare for Combat
Start by exploring the arena for weapons and supplies. Early looting helps you prepare for encounters, but chasing every pickup can leave you exposed. Secure a weapon, check the surrounding threats, and consider your escape route before moving toward more equipment.
Combat includes ranged attacks, melee strikes, and grenades. Shoot enemies from a distance, use melee when they get close, and throw grenades to help deal with crowded situations. Energy drinks enable quick dashes, giving you another way to escape danger or change position.
Handle Zombies and Rival Survivors
You need to watch more than the enemy directly in front of you. Zombies create pressure while rival survivors compete for equipment and space. Focusing too long on one target can leave you vulnerable to another approaching threat.
Choose fights with your surroundings in mind. If several enemies are closing in, creating distance may give you a better chance of surviving than continuing to attack.
Stay Ahead of the Shrinking Zone
The safe zone gradually contracts, reducing the space available for exploration and combat. Routes that were easy to use earlier can become dangerous as the remaining survivors move closer together.
Check your position before pursuing an opponent or taking a detour for loot. Moving toward safety early gives you more freedom to choose where to fight. In the final stages, preserving room to maneuver becomes especially valuable.
