Blobade

Blobade is a top-down arena survival game where armed blob warriors compete in fast-paced, close-range battles. Collect gold, strengthen your fighter, choose your targets carefully, and survive against multiple opponents.

You can practice against bots, enter public online battles, or create a private room to challenge friends with a room code.

FIGHT, GATHER GOLD, AND STAY ALIVE

You begin each match as a small blob equipped with a melee weapon. Move around the arena and collect the gold scattered across the ground before other fighters reach it. Gathering more gold helps your character grow during the round and improves your chances in direct combat.

Rival blobs can attack at any moment. Defeating an opponent allows you to claim the gold they drop, creating opportunities for rapid growth. However, attacking carelessly can leave you exposed to another player waiting nearby.

The playable area gradually becomes more dangerous, forcing the remaining fighters closer together. You cannot hide forever, so every match eventually develops into a crowded final battle. The last surviving blob wins.

Master Regular And Charged Attacks

A quick attack works well when an enemy is already within range, but the charged attack provides greater reach and mobility. Hold the attack button to prepare the move, then release it to dash forward and strike.

This dash can serve several purposes:

Close the distance to a retreating opponent.
Surprise a rival who is collecting gold.
Escape from a stronger blob.
Reposition before several enemies surround you.

Charging for too long makes your next movement easier to predict. Watch your opponent’s direction and release the attack when they have fewer escape options.

CHOOSE YOUR BATTLE MODE

Blobade provides three ways to enter the arena, allowing you to practice alone or compete with other players.

Play Online

Public online matches place you in an arena with other players. Opponents behave unpredictably, so positioning and timing become more important than simply chasing every nearby target.

Play Offline

Offline mode is a practice match against bots. It is a useful place to learn movement, test attack range, and become familiar with the charged dash before entering an online battle.

Play Vs Friends

The private-room system lets you organize a match with people you know. Select Play Vs Friends and use the room code to create or enter a private arena. Share the code with your friends so everyone can join the same room without being placed in a random public match.

This mode is especially useful for small competitions, rematches, or relaxed battles between friends.

UNLOCK NEW SKINS IN THE SHOP

Gold also supports long-term cosmetic progression. Visit the Shop from the main menu to view and unlock different blob skins. These designs change your fighter’s appearance while keeping the central battle rules familiar.

The menu displays the Ninja skin as an early unlock, requiring 100 gold for a new player. A progress message under the Shop button shows how much more gold you need before the next skin becomes available.

Because unlocks carry across matches, even a run that ends early can contribute toward your next character design. You can also open the Records section to review your progress and previous achievements.
